Job description

As a Site Supervisor, you will be the on-site leader responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards. You will work closely with the Project Manager and subcontractors to ensure that all work is carried out according to plans and specifications. This role demands a strong understanding of construction methods, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team on the ground.

Job responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure that timelines and deadlines are met.
  • Enforce safety regulations and ensure that the construction site is a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets company standards.
  • Resolve any on-site issues, conflicts, or delays that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment used.
  • Report site progress and issues to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree
  • Minimum 8 years work experience as Employee Assistance Professional
  • CA Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or,
  • CA Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT or LMFT) or,
  • A licensed psychologist in the state of California (PhD)
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with our staff and faculty
  • Ability to work effectively both on an individual basis and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills to maintain accurate and complete documentation
