Job description

As a Project Manager at Tower Construction, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. This role requires a leader with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree
  • Minimum 8 years work experience as Employee Assistance Professional
  • CA Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or,
  • CA Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT or LMFT) or,
  • A licensed psychologist in the state of California (PhD)
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with our staff and faculty
  • Ability to work effectively both on an individual basis and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills to maintain accurate and complete documentation
